Telephone Operator's

We are always on the lookout for new operators for our Leeds Sites, if you think you have what it takes then please fill in the form and let us have your details.

It is essential that you have experience within a Telephone environment and that you should have excellent computer skills and be able to work within a pressurized environment, You will need a polite and professional telephone manner with good communication skills on both a written and verbal basis. Duties include working with the drivers & Management team to contribute towards operational plans that deliver the right service at the right time. A sound knowledge of the local area is an advantage but not a necessity and an understanding of customers' needs.

Duties to include using a radio controller, answering the telephone and the allocation of work. All other related tasks as required. Will be working on own initiative.
