Our new IVR (Interactive Voice Recognition) telephone service allows customers to register up to 3 collection addresses on our system. Each address will be assigned to a number on your telephone keypad meaning when you call us simply key your address id number which automatically books your vehicle. Signing up to our ivr service automatically places your booking at the top of our waiting list offering a much more efficient service to our customers. Please note this service is to order a vehicle immediately and can not be used to book a vehicle for a specific time. When you have activated this service, it can only be used to book a car for 1-4 people. If you require a larger vehicle simply press 0 to speak to an operator.
